Yes. Glimzer's Pipeline can run alongside your existing CRM, so your team can improve new-business visibility without a full migration on day one. Some firms start there and bring more of the client-management workflow into Glimzer later; others move across fully from the start.
Yes. Glimzer is built for regulated financial services firms. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in UK data centres and covered by regular backups. We are ICO registered, Cyber Essentials certified and GDPR compliant. We never sell your data or use client data to train AI models.
Yes. Glimzer connects to multiple UK investment platforms through a single FINIO integration, built with Sprint Enterprise, so portfolio values can flow into Glimzer without manual rekeying. Glimzer also has an Outlook add-in to help firms bring relevant email activity and enquiries into the CRM. We are bringing firms in batches so onboarding stays hands-on. Adding users and configuring an initial workspace can often be done within a day. A fuller CRM migration depends on how much data needs to move and where it is currently held; many migrations can be completed in a matter of weeks, and sometimes sooner depending on the volume and quality of the data.
