Yes. Glimzer is an IFA CRM for financial planners and wealth advice firms that want more than a client database. It gives you a sales pipeline built for advice, business-performance reporting, introducer tracking and a clear view of where to act next.

How much does Glimzer cost?

Glimzer publishes role-based monthly pricing. Pipeline is priced per adviser, while Clients starts with 3 adviser seats and lets firms add adviser or paraplanner/admin seats as needed. There are no lock-ins and no long contracts, and you can leave anytime. See the pricing page for current details.

Where is my data hosted?

All data is stored in UK-based data centres with appropriate security certifications. We do not transfer data outside the UK unless explicitly required and agreed. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Which investment platforms does Glimzer connect to?

Glimzer connects to multiple UK investment platforms through a single FINIO integration. If you use a platform we don't yet cover, ask us and we'll tell you honestly.

What does onboarding look like?

We provide dedicated onboarding support to help you set up your account, configure your pipeline stages, and import existing data. Your team will have access to training and ongoing support to get the most out of Glimzer.

Is Glimzer an Intelliflo alternative?

Glimzer is an alternative for firms that want a modern, growth-focused CRM rather than a broad legacy suite. It is best suited to firms that care about pipeline visibility, introducer tracking and hands-on support. Not ready to replace everything? You can run Glimzer's pipeline standalone alongside Intelliflo or another CRM first, and expanding to the full Glimzer CRM later is optional.

Can I switch from my existing CRM?

Yes. We offer hands-on migration support from systems such as Intelliflo, Iress Xplan, Plannr or spreadsheets. Migration support is available for early customers and design partners, subject to change. There are no lock-ins and no long contracts, and you can export your data from Glimzer in standard formats whenever you like.
