Tom began his career as an administrator, progressed to paraplanning and then became a financial adviser, before moving into a senior role at a growing technology company.

He brought everything he learned from that career into Glimzer: first-hand experience of advice work, an understanding of the administration behind it and the technology expertise to build better tools.
