No. Add Weave AI only for the people who instruct it to do work. Review-only access to Weave AI is free. Standalone Weave AI starts with one active user; Workspace has a minimum of three adviser seats.

Yes. Keep the three-adviser Workspace minimum and add Weave AI to the users who need it. For example, three Workspace adviser seats (£387) plus one Weave AI licence (£79) costs £466 per month. Three combined adviser seats cost £624 per month.

At the indicative early-access prices, a Workspace adviser seat (£129) and standalone Weave AI (£129) would total £258 per month. The indicative combined rate is £208, a difference of £50 per seat per month. The £79 Weave AI rate applies while the user has a paid Workspace seat.

Each paid Weave AI licence contributes to one monthly firm allowance, whether standalone or bundled. Background work uses the same pool. Viewing, reviewing and downloading existing work does not use credits. Credit quantities and task rates will be confirmed before subscription.

Both Weave AI options can add credit packs or a larger monthly allowance. Extra usage is off by default, with optional spending caps. You can still access existing work when credits run out.
