AI for financial advisers

We are building optional AI for UK advice firms: available as part of Glimzer Workspace, or standalone alongside the systems you already run. This page sets out what it should do, and the rules it will follow.

Where AI should earn its place in an advice firm.

  1. 01

    The admin between meetings

Notes, follow-ups and record updates take hours that never needed a person. This is where AI can give time back first.

  2. 02

Finding what the firm already knows

Client history, documents and emails hold the answer. Getting to it should take seconds, not a search through systems.

  3. 03

    Staying ahead of the work

Reviews coming due, cases going quiet, follow-ups slipping. The firm should hear about it before the client does.

Optional, however your firm runs.

AI in Glimzer is an add-on, not a default. Use it where it helps, in the workspace or beside it.

As part of Glimzer Workspace

Switched on when you choose, working with the pipeline, clients and documents already in the workspace.

Standalone with your existing systems

Runs alongside the CRM and tools you already use. No migration, and no change to how the firm works today.

The rules our AI will follow.

Client trust is the whole business of an advice firm. These commitments come before any feature.

Client data stays yours

Client data is never used to train AI models. It stays in UK data centres, encrypted, with the same protections as the rest of the workspace.

Review our security

Advisers stay accountable

AI drafts, summarises and surfaces. It does not give advice. An adviser reviews the work and makes the decisions.

Built for the regulated context

Glimzer was selected for FinTech Scotland's Financial Regulation Innovation Lab, with the FCA involved throughout.

Clear about limits

Work produced with AI is labelled as such, so firms can always evidence how something was done. No black boxes.

In development with advice firms.

We are building these capabilities now, shaped with the firms that use Glimzer. Leave your email and we will share early access as it opens, whether or not you run the workspace.

Common questions.

What can AI actually do for a financial advice firm?

The strongest near-term uses are practical: reducing the admin around meetings, drafting and updating records, and finding information the firm already holds. Judgement and advice stay with the adviser. Used this way, AI gives time back without changing who is responsible for the client.

Will Glimzer use our client data to train AI models?

No. Client data is never used to train AI models. That commitment already applies across Glimzer Workspace and it applies to every AI capability we build.

Do we need to use Glimzer Workspace to use the AI?

No. We are building it to work both ways: as part of Glimzer Workspace, or standalone alongside the CRM and tech stack your firm already runs. Either way it is optional, not switched on by default.

Is AI in Glimzer available today?

AI capabilities are in development and will be released with early access firms first. Register your interest and we will be in touch as access opens. Glimzer Workspace itself, covering pipeline, clients, workflows and reporting, is available now.

How does regulation affect AI in an advice firm?

However work is produced, the firm remains responsible for it. That principle shapes how we build: AI assists with the work around advice, advisers review and decide, and activity stays visible so firms can evidence what happened and why.

The workspace
is ready today.

AI will join a workspace that already runs pipeline, clients, fees and workflows for UK advice firms. See it for yourself.
